Leon Lai (黎明) and Janice Vidal (衛蘭) attended the launch party of internet radio station U Channel today.
Reacting to the news about the registration of marriage between former flame Michelle Reis (李嘉欣) and fiance Julian Hui (許晉亨), Leon expressed his happiness for the couple, but said he was yet to extend his congratulations in person.
Asked if he had received an invitation to the wedding, Leon said that he was not sure, but as he knows them both so well, then he will definitely be sending a gift.
Moving onto the subject of his own wedding plans to girlfriend Gaile Lok (樂基兒), Leon said that everyone has their own way of sharing their feelings, but he did not want to use this story as an excuse to discuss his personal affairs.
Talking of the reports that the working partnership between his company’s artistes and Disney breaking down after a bad experience with Miriam Yeung (楊千嬅), Leon said he did not want to talk about this because he has been good friends with Miriam for over ten years.
Janice said that she was not aware of this news and when asked if she would like to work with Disney, she said that of course she would, but it will be down to fate.
